Pilates Instructor

Jasmine is a passionate Pilates instructor with expertise in Pilates Training, Reformer Pilates, Clinical Pilates, and Studio Pilates. She provides both group classes and one-on-one sessions, tailoring each workout to help clients build strength, enhance flexibility, prevent injuries, and achieve their fitness goals with confidence.

Grace Hsu is the founder of Gratia Pilates & Exercise Physiology. With a background in Clinical Exercise Physiology and ongoing Physiotherapy training, she combines Pilates, movement control and clinical reasoning to help clients improve function, build stability and move with more ease and confidence.

Pilates Instructor

Zuki is a Polestar Pilates Studio–certified instructor who believes movement should make the body feel lighter and stronger, not stressed. She focuses on equipment-based Pilates and tailors each session to her clients’ bodies and goals, emphasising control, body awareness and breath so you can move with more ease and confidence.
